Duffy Role Model Assembly

On Wednesday, May 11th Woolston School had a Duffy Role Model Assembly.
The role model who spoke of her life experiences and how reading has enriched her life
was Anna Richards, the most capped Black Fern and top scorer.
Anna has travelled to many countries playing rugby and has had a wealth of experiences
which she shared with us.
Anna brought along some rugby jerseys she has swapped with other players at various international matches. Students who could guess which country the jersey came from
got to try it on before she left.

Kerry from Paper Plus also attended our Role Model Assembly with Anna.
We are very grateful to Paper Plus who donated a great many books to Woolston School.
It was very exciting to receive these books.
It was just like Christmas!
